The vibe at Mecca is mellow and art driven. The drinks are creative and the people are interesting. The outdoor area is very spacious and there's a long bar with seating. I thought the bathrooms were cool. You'll see. The bar tenders were very friendly. I loved their signature drink. A small bottle of vodka turned upside-down in my fizzy, fruity beverage. I'm not sure what it's called, but it does not disappoint. Parking was tough but there was a small lot for hourly parking behind the bar.

This place had a great vibe. They had a fire pit outside in the beer garden, art all around, and plants throughout. The music was good. I came here on a Thursday night and it started getting busier the later it got. Plenty of friendly people here and helpful bartenders who recommended some local beer.
The atmosphere is so artsy and eclectic. Mecca is a hidden gem for sure. Jojo was our bartender and he was so fun and gave amazing service! We will definitely be back!
Honestly, what a vibe. When you get there it feels like you’ve found something secret and special tucked away in OTR. We were greeted immediately when we entered the bar by a very friendly bar tender. Which you don’t get at every (or even most) bar. She hooked us up with some delicious drinks that we took outside and enjoyed in their spacious patio area. And we made it just in time to catch the end of happy hour We had a great time! There are restrooms and they’re pretty nice.
Update: They have THC soda (pretty mild, so you can drink a few, no problem). Cool bar, cheap drinks, huge courtyard, perfect for groups, great art, awesome bartenders. Not open until 6pm (9pm on Sundays). Full bar, plenty of beers and seltzers, but none on tap. Try their Chunker, which is a tiny liquor bottle of your choice served with whatever can of mixer you want. Good music on the weekends, including DJs and sometimes live music.
Brooke was our bartender tonight and she was incredibly sweet! She made us some wonderful drinks and THE BEST Espresso Martini’s!!! Thank you Brooke for being a great bartender! Love this place
